Meg Smith - The Sea Dragon
When a trail of flames leads to a new forest,
​
time will run without sun. We're not waking,
​
except to a shore of pebbles
​
at the wake of this wooded path.
​
We're not waking to any place
​
without water, or light, or air,
​
but steps forward to fire.
Meg Smith is a writer, journalist, dancer and events producer living in Lowell, Mass. USA.
