Ilias Tsagas – Streamlining
rush hour drop out, I
lay still at your bank, seeking
comfort and solace
*
beneath a worn hatch
water flows in dark culverts
dreaming of daylight
*
phone signal weakens
culvert stream roars, it dreams of
rushing to the top
